Extreme Conditions SL-10™ is a heavy-duty lubricant formulated for applications where corrosion prevention is the main concern. It protects exposed metal surfaces from rust and corrosion while displacing water and providing long-lasting lubrication.
In addition to corrosion protection, Extreme Conditions SL-10™ penetrates into hard-to-reach areas to help free seized, rusted, and corroded metal components. It is designed for industrial maintenance, automotive service, heavy equipment, metal storage, and other applications that need an external lubricant and added protection from corrosion and moisture.

Extreme Conditions SL-10™ has been evaluated using ASTM test methods.
Typical test results include:
ASTM D665A Rust Test: Pass — no rust after 4 hours
ASTM B117 Salt Spray (Fog) Test: More than 136 hours — pass, no rust
For ASTM B117, test panels were dipped in Extreme Conditions SL-10™ for one minute and allowed to dry for 24 hours before salt spray exposure.
The results demonstrate the product's ability to provide thin-film corrosion protection on ferrous metal surfaces under laboratory test conditions.

How Extreme Conditions SL-10™ Protects Metal
Extreme Conditions SL-10™ combines moisture displacement, corrosion protection, lubrication and penetrating action in a single product.
When applied to an exposed metal surface, the product helps displace water and moisture. It then leaves behind a lubricating protective film that reduces exposure of the metal surface to water and corrosive conditions.
At the same time, its lubricating properties reduce friction between moving metal surfaces, while its penetrating action allows the product to reach narrow clearances and hard-to-access areas.
This combination makes Extreme Conditions SL-10™ well matched for applications where corrosion protection and water displacement are a concern, but lubrication and penetration are also needed.
Directions for Use
Mix well before use.
Wipe off exposed metal surfaces. Remove any loose dirt, rust scale or debris that can prevent the product from reaching tight areas. Apply Extreme Conditions SL-10™ directly to the area requiring lubrication, corrosion protection, water displacement, or penetrating action.
For general lubrication and corrosion protection, apply enough to coat the metal surface.
For seized, rusted, or corroded mechanisms, apply the product directly to the affected area and allow adequate time for penetration before attempting disassembly.
For storage protection, apply an even film to clean metal surfaces.
Wipe away excess lubricant with a dry cloth.
Reapply as necessary based on operating conditions, exposure, cleaning, weather, and maintenance intervals.
