Shipping Information

Orders $100.00 or more shipping within the U.S. qualify for free standard shipping.  All other orders will be charged a flat fee of $ 9.95.

We process and ship all orders in the most cost-efficient way possible by USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground or FedEx Ground.  Typically, USPS is used for residential orders and orders weighing less than 15 lbs.  UPS and FedEx may be used for heavier shipments.  Note UPS and FedEx require a street address (no delivery to PO boxes).

If you have provided your email, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information directly from the carrier after your order has shipped. 

Please note that not all shipping methods are available for all shipping addresses or certain items. 

Orders typically ship within one (1) business day.  (Our business days are Monday – Friday.)  Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

We currently ship only within the contiguous United States.  If you are outside of the U.S., please contact us at:  sales@musclelubricants.com. 

We are required to collect state sales tax for all orders shipping to an address in the state of Pennsylvania.

Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with an item purchased from us, you may return it within 30 days from the order date as long as it is in unopened, new condition.   Please provide a copy of your packing slip or original order for the item(s).  Shipping charges are not refundable unless you received the wrong item or it arrived damaged.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will ship you a replacement of the exact item.

All returns require a Return Authorization before then can be returned.  Please contact Customer Service at 1-814-786-0166 or sales@musclelubricants.com to receive authorization.  Please provide your name, order number and a brief description for the reason for your return.

If a product is returned for reasons other than damage or defect, we will refund the cost of the product only.  Any and all refunds will be credited to the payment method from which it was originally made.
