Manufacturer of the “Original” Metal Treatment, Muscle Products Corp. leads the industry in producing specialty lubricants, additives and greases. Our products include greases, spray lubricants, cutting oils, industrial and automotive lubricants and specialty additives. Muscle products are used worldwide for applications in these areas: automotive, transmission rebuild, steel, mining, metalworking, manufacturing, construction, transportation, light and heavy rail, maintenance, general industry, marine, paper, agriculture, military, firearms, and recreational sport/outdoors.

Manufacturing

Our production processes and equipment enable us to blend products to our specifications. Once products pass quality inspection and testing, we are capable of filling some of the smallest bottles available to larger containers – drums and transportable tanks. We can also process bulk requirements upon request.

Manufacturing is performed by trained, experienced technicians. Our production team members take pride in their work. “Proudly Made in the U.S.A.” is not just marketing jargon here.

Products

Muscle’s lubrication technology is based on tribologic methods that improve lubricity and load-carrying capacity by improving metal surface characteristics and creating a stable, chemical, corrosion-controlled, halide boundary film. The keystone of the Muscle product line is Metal Treatment MT-10® , a blend of highly refined oils and proprietary additives. MT-10® contains no solid lubricants, chlorinated solvents or phosphate compounds. Once applied, MT-10® provides five mechanisms of improvement:

1. Advanced chemical boundary film formation through reactive chemical bonding;

2. Ring opening, oxirane acid scavenging and advanced corrosion inhibition;

3. Organo-metallic substitution of surface metal and free radical reactionaries;

4. Improved metal surface smoothness and rolling out of irregular contacting asperities; and

5. Re-hardening and latticular reconstruction of initial contacting metal surfaces.
